March 2014 Renton, WA – Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $49 million, firm-fixed price, IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Design/build Contract in support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District for the US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Northern Regional Medical Command (NRMC). The award will provide for a full range of new construction and repair services with incidental design support of the District’s MEDCOM support mission. The areas of operation for the NRMC encompass the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and Kentucky.
