December 2009 Renton, Washington – Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced the company received “Best Value Certification” from Performance Based Studies Research Group (PBRSG) at Arizona State University. The Certification required at least 4-years of experience testing the “Best Value” process on a significant number of projects and the ability to promote the process to other users based on their high level of expertise. The movement to a “Best Value – Leadership” based organization requires vision, the ability to change, and a process that allows the transformation to effectively occur.
