May 2015 Renton, Washington – Global Engineering & Construction, LLC announced that the company has been awarded a $100 million, firm-fixed price, IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Design/Build Contract to provide repair and renewal services for failed or failing Government facilities, systems, and equipment throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), to include the District of Columbia, in support of the Facility Repair and Renewal Program. Task Orders are intended to provide quick response for facility repair, renovation, conversion, alterations, additions, construction and the procurement/installation of equipment at Government installations and facilities. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Alabama is the contracting activity.
