April 2014 Renton, Washington - Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $49 million, firm-fixed price, IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Design/Build Contract in support of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District for the US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Pacific Regional Medical Command (PRMC). The award will provide for a full range of new construction and repair services with incidental design in support of the District’s MEDCOM support mission. July 2012 Renton, Washington - Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $585 million, firm-fixed price, IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Design/Build Contract. The award will provide for the design and construction services for the Medical Repair and Renewal Program. Work location’s will be determined with each task order inside the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and possessions, and in identified overseas locations (OCONUS) (i.e. Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Yemen, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Japan, Korea, Germany, Kwajalein, Italy, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Poland, Serbia, Hungary, Macedonia, Belgium, Thailand, Turkey, England).  The contract has an estimated completion of July 10, 2017.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Alabama is the contracting activity.

November 2010 Renton, Washington Global Engineering and Construction, LLC (Global) announced that the company has been awarded a $165,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contract with firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials task orders contract by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering & Support Center, Huntsville. This acquisition is for acquiring O&M services under NAICS code 561210, facilities support services, to preserve and maintain government medical and non-medical real property facilities in such a condition that they may be effectively used for their designated functional purpose. Although this acquisition applies to both medical and non-medical facilities located inside and outside the contiguous United States, the primary focus of this acquisition will be medical facilities located inside the contiguous United States. This acquisition will provide operations and maintenance engineering enhancement (OMEE) services at ambulatory care facilities including non-complex specialized O&M services. Work is to be performed in England, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, and Cuba, with an estimated completion date of November 7, 2016.

Projects will involve a variety of trades such as demolition, carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior/exterior elements, mechanical, electrical, steam welding, asbestos, lead paint abatement incidental to construction, and/or project design.
